cancellation policy

 â€‹Notice of Cancellation

No changes are allowed less than 10 days before the class start date. Students must provide written notice at least 10 days in advance to cancel or reschedule any course or service. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeiture of all prepaid fees. Course and service fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, and are retained to cover administrative and operational costs. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions.

Refund Requests for Extenuating Circumstances

Requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, any refund will be subject to a cancellation fee and prorated deductions for services rendered. If Learn 2 Ride must cancel a prepaid service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, students will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected service only.

Refund Limitations After Course Start

Once a scheduled course or service has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Voluntary withdrawal by the student at any time; or

  • Withdrawal required by the instructor due to a student’s inability to safely participate, failure to comply with course instructions, or any other determination made in the instructor’s reasonable judgment to protect the safety and well-being of the student or other participants.

Student Preparedness and Eligibility Requirements

Students are responsible for arriving on time and fully prepared to meet all course participation requirements. No refunds or credits will be given if a student fails to meet any of the following requirements:

  • Arrival by the designated course start time;

  • Submission of all required paperwork prior to the course start date;

  • Possession of all necessary and approved safety gear;

  • Fulfillment of all physical, legal, and preparatory requirements as outlined under Basic Requirements.

Inability to Complete the Course

There are no refunds when a student is counseled out or otherwise unable to complete the course. If at any time an instructor determines that a student is physically unable to safely participate or meet course requirements, the student will be counseled out of the class to ensure safety. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.
