Notice of Cancellation

Students must provide written notice at least 10 days in advance to cancel or reschedule any course or service. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeiture of all prepaid fees. Course registration and service fees are non-transferable and non-refundable and may be retained to cover administrative and operational costs. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions.

 

Refund Requests for Extenuating Circumstances

Requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, any refund will be subject to a cancellation fee and prorated deductions for services rendered. If Learn 2 Ride must cancel a prepaid service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, students will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected service only.

 

Inability to Complete the Course

Once a scheduled course or service has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary withdrawal by the student at any time; or

• When an instructor determines a student is unable to meet course requirements, participate safely, comply with course instructions, or any other reason that jeopardizes the safety and well-being of the student or other participants.

 

Student Preparedness and Eligibility Requirements

Students are responsible for meeting all requirements for course participation. Refunds or credits will not be given if a student fails to meet the following requirements:

• On time arrival and preparation with approved safety gear;

• Completion of the MSF eCourse within 30 days prior to the course start date; or

• Submission of all required waivers and course paperwork
